We use the skills used in cheerleading as a framework for all of our classes. All classes have a strong tumbling component with stunting, strength training, flexibility and coordination rounding out the skills they will learn. This makes all of our classes suitable for the recreational athlete or athletes interested or involved in All Star or School Cheerleading*. Our classes are designed to make sure your child has fun while gaining confidence and new skills. Depending on the class they will use our trampoline, rod floor, air track, spring floor, as well as a variety of mats and training aids. Preschool Princesses – Designed for girls ages 4 and 5. This class uses our trampoline and other equipment to teach basic tumbling and cheer skills. This class is great fun on its own and can help prepare girls for school cheer or as an introduction to All Star cheerleading.
Beginner – Focused on learning Backwalkovers, BackHandsprings, Jumps and Jumps to Tumbling. Stunt Stands will also be available. Great class for kids wanting to learn new tumbling skills, Level 1/2 All Star Cheer, or School Cheer.
Intermediate – Emphasis on learning Tucks along with Jumps to tumbling to improve coordination and body awareness. Ideal for athletes in school cheer or Level 3 and 4 All Star cheer. MUST have 3 Standing BackHandSprings to enroll in this class.
Advanced – Emphasis on learning Layouts and Twisting along with Jumps to tumbling to improve coordination and body awareness. Ideal for athletes in school cheer or Level 4 and 5 All Star cheer. MUST have roundoff handspring tuck to enroll in this class.
Rotation Creation – Emphasis on learning Twisting skills along with Jumps to tumbling to improve coordination and body awareness. Ideal for athletes in school cheer or Level 5 All Star cheer. MUST have layout to enroll in this class.
Flight School – This class is for those who want to improve their ﬂying skills. You will improve body form, lines, and technique. This class will use a combination of stunts and stunts stands. You may bring ankle weights. This class is open to anyone who is or wants to be a flyer on either school or competitive teams.
Open Gym – $10 per visit and does not require advanced registration. This 50 minute session has use of all of our equipment including trampoline, rod floor, and spring floor. These sessions will have coaches monitoring but they will not be providing spotting or corrections.
